We at the TDC Group work to bring people closer together via phone calls, text messages, emails to portable devices, Facebook updates and series on TV. Briefly put, we supply the glue that binds society together. This is a heavyweight claim and a serious responsibility. But we live up to our responsiblity every day, because we know our customers and understand their needs. Our objective is to remove distances in friendships and companies through the application of technology and opportunities that seemed light years away just a short time ago.

Our Graduate programme is a 12-month programme made to match your ambitions and TDC Group’s strategy. There are seven different programmes focusing on Marketing, Commercial/Product Management, IT, Strategy and Data Science, and in each programme you will rotate between different business lines to make you develop a holistic understanding for business challenges, needs and solutions. You will be challenged by leading high-priority projects and thereby hone your own skills. You will be supported by mentors from senior management, HR professionals and the network of graduates around the business.
