The GN Graduate Programs are fast tracks for young talents. We offer our graduates work for a two-year period during which they follow a tailor-made graduate introduction program and are involved in several ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks – all in eight-month rotations. The graduates will learn about the majority of Finance and Marketing disciplines throughout the program. For eight months, the graduates will work in one of our companies outside of Denmark.

Each graduate gets a mentor who follows them throughout the two-year graduate position. The mentors represent another part of the business than the graduate and will meet with the graduate 10-12 times.

The contract is limited to 24 months but with a clear intent to match each graduate with the right professional channel after the program.

Please apply for the Graduate Programs in the beginning of January when the application process opens. All programs begin in September.
