Our technical traineeship is an excellent stepping stone in your career and an ideal chance to get to know various aspects of the marine contracting, dredging and offshore energy sectors in a short period of time. By working in various departments, and on projects and on equipment around the globe, you will get to know Van Oord in an intense way.
After completing your traineeship, you will work on our international (dredging, offshore and offshore energy) projects, or at our Ship Management Department, Engineering and Estimating Department or QHSE Department.
