We own, develop and manage warehouse and industrial properties for our customers in the UK and Continental Europe. Our aim is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our shareholder by delivering low risk, progressive income returns (EPS growth) and capital appreciation (NAV growth), through applying our strategy.

Joining SEGRO means getting REAL experience from day one. You will be given a specific role to do in each of your three rotations around the business. Two placements will be based in our Business Units (Greater London or Thames Valley & National Logistics) and will cover roles such as Asset, Leasing or Development Surveying. The third rotation will place you with our dedicated Investment team where you will be able to gain exposure to our investment strategy and get involved in valuations, buying, selling and swapping assets.

As we only recruit a small number of graduates each year, we’re looking for applicants with real talent and entrepreneurial flair. You will be given great training and guidance and there is always the opportunity to bounce ideas around the team, and in return you will get our full attention and support. We value people who can work on their own initiative so at the end of the day it is about you doing the research, weighing up all the facts, creating proposals and forming sensible judgements on real business deals.
