Graduate programmes
Our graduate route is a two-year journey designed to build breadth and momentum early in your career. You’ll rotate through strategic placements (“gigs”) across different business areas, guided by a dedicated mentor who helps with feedback, goal-setting and career planning. Applications usually open in autumn/spring. If you’re curious, ready to learn and keen to make an impact, this is your platform to grow — and to contribute to programmes that matter from day one.

Internships (Germany)
Internships run full-time for 3–6 months, with applications accepted year-round. You’ll work on real projects, gain practical experience, build your network and develop the skills that set you up for what’s next. Many interns go on to complete a thesis with us, deepening their exposure to our teams and technologies.

Where you’ll be
Most early-careers opportunities in Germany sit within Rolls-Royce Deutschland, with roles commonly based in Dahlewitz (near Berlin). It’s a hub where engineering, operations and support functions come together — giving you a unique view across the lifecycle of our technologies and the chance to collaborate with experts every day.

How you’ll grow
