Graduate programmes
Our graduate route is a two-year journey designed to build breadth and momentum early in your career. Im Sinne des ganzheitlichen A.S.I.-Konzepts lassen sich diese nicht direkt über den Arbeitsmarkt rekrutieren – insbesondere nicht mit der notwendigen Qualifikationsbreite. Daher qualifiziert A.S.I. seine Berater von der Pike auf für das Beratungsgeschäft, zunächst mit einem Traineeprogramm über 4 Monate und nachfolgend durch systematische Fortbildungen über mehrere Jahre.
