Sie interessieren sich für ein Redaktionsvolontariat im ZDF? Ausbildungsziel ist die Befähigung zur Arbeit als Redakteurin / Redakteur im Fernsehen und für Online, für aktuelle, wissenschaftliche, kulturelle, unterhaltende und fiktionale Redaktionen.
Verlauf und Stationen
- In Werkstattphasen bekommen die Volontärinnen und Volontäre in umfangreichen Workshops und Seminaren das journalistische und dramaturgische Handwerk der Redakteurin / des Redakteurs vermittelt.
- Während der Ausbildung durchlaufen die Volontäre mehrere Praxisphasen in unterschiedlichen Redaktionen, der Chefredaktion, der Programmdirektion und der Direktion Europäische Satellitenprogramme sowie in ausgewählten Landesstudios oder ggf. im Auslandstudio Brüssel.
