Graduate programmes
Our graduate route is a two-year journey designed to build breadth and momentum early in your career. You’ll rotate through strategic placements (“gigs”) across different business areas, guided by a dedicated mentor who helps with feedback, goal-setting and career planning. Applications usually open in autumn/spring. If you’re curious, ready to learn and keen to make an impact, this is your platform to grow — and to contribute to programmes that matter from day one.

Internships (Germany)
Internships run full-time for 3–6 months, with applications accepted year-round. You’ll work on real projects, gain practical experience, build your network and develop the skills that set you up for what’s next. Many interns go on to complete a thesis with us, deepening their exposure to our teams and technologies.

Where you’ll be
Most early-careers opportunities in Germany sit within Rolls-Royce Deutschland, with roles commonly based in Dahlewitz (near Berlin). It’s a hub where engineering, operations and support functions come together — giving you a unique view across the lifecycle of our technologies and the chance to collaborate with experts every day.

How you’ll grow
Whichever path you choose, you’ll learn from industry-leading experts, collaborate across disciplines and contribute to innovation in the air, at sea and on land. Graduates rotate to build broad capability before specialising. Interns immerse in focused teams and often convert their experience into future opportunities.
