Our Company

For the past 50 years Yell has specialised in helping small and medium sized businesses find and connect with customers. You’re probably already aware of some of our leading products such as Yell.com, the Yell mobile app and our mobile optimised websites. We are also one of a select number of Google AdWords Premier SMB partners in the UK so our Sales Consultants are experts in developing an effective online presence for each of our customers, helping them find and connect with consumers.

When looking to recruit the best individuals we try to ensure the most forward thinking process and journey for the candidates. We run bespoke recruitment processes for all areas of the business. We use a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing, personality profiling, face-face and video interviewing. Each role has a unique recruitment process as we understand that different jobs require very different skills that need to be assessed in different ways.
